Multiplex completed the construction of a residential apartment building which was subsequently strata subdivided – Strata Plan No 61288. Within the time limits the Owners Corporation attempted to have building defects corrected by the builder.  The matter was decided in the High Court, the Owners left to foot the bill to correct the defects as well as pay huge legal costs.
